Peter Peterson is the founder and Chairman of Aspen Capital Partners, LLC a private equity and consulting firm which specializes in capital formation, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and new business start-ups. Also Mr. Peterson is managing director of GSI Opportunity Fund, LP, GSI Capital Partners, LLC and Global ITS Capital Partners, LLC. In addition to his involvement with Aspen Capital Partners and the Fund, Mr. Peterson served on the Board of NeoGenomics, Inc. (NASDAQ: NEO), a leading cancer genetics testing laboratory company for seven years currently $6.3 billion market capitalization. Mr. Peterson is the founder of Znergy, Inc (PINK: ZNRG) a small cap public company focused on energy efficiency and LED lighting. Mr. Peterson also served as CEO and Chairman of Innovative Software Technologies, Inc., (OTC: INIV), a technology holding company. Mr. Peterson is also the founder of CleanFuel USA. CleanFuel USA is the leading global manufacturer of certified and approved alternative fuel equipment for propane autogas. CleanFuel is recognized throughout the world by fleet managers, fuel equipment manufacturers, and distributors for a "Total Alternative Fuel Solution" that offers superior economic and environmental advantages. CleanFuel also provides reliable, user-friendly and technologically advanced dispensing products.
Prior to his career in structured private equity, among other positions, Mr. Peterson was Managing Director of Investment Banking with H. C. Wainwright & Co. Prior to joining Wainwright, Mr. Peterson was President of First American Holdings and Managing Director of Investment Banking. Prior to First American, he served in various investment banking roles and was the co-founder of ARM Financial Corporation. Mr. Peterson was one of the key individuals responsible for taking ARM Financial public on the OTC market and the American Stock Exchange. Under Mr. Peterson’s financial leadership, ARM Financial Corporation was transformed from a diversified holding company into a national clinical laboratory company with more than 14 clinical laboratories and ancillary services with over $100 million in assets. Mr. Peterson also served as President and founder of the Paramount Group, Inc., a privately held real estate company specializing in financing and project consulting. Mr. Peterson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Florida.
